July 6, 2007, Newsletter Issue #162: Consider removing your swimsuit's lining to minimize chances of getting a sandy bottom.

Tip of the Week

One of the drawbacks of swimming in the ocean is the amount of sand you accumulate in the bottoms of your swimming costume. Such accumulated sand can be irritating, itchy and uncomfortable. Often, the sand becomes trapped between the fabric of your beachwear and its liner. To prevent this from happening, you can simply remove the liner. The liner exists for your modesty, so you might want to skip this particular tip if your swimsuit is white or pale-colored costumes.
